2. Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions
When you, the customer, sign up for our SaaS service, you agree to either a monthly or yearly subscription model. This agreement includes automatic renewal unless canceled by the customer before the renewal date. By subscribing, the customer consent to these terms. The monthly and yearly subscription option, once chosen, renews at the current rate on the monthly and anniversary of the initial sign-up, unless the customer takes action to cancel prior to renewal. This ensures uninterrupted access to the platform's services.
3. Use of Site
This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not expressly permitted by sellerMarketingTool. SellerMarketingTool reserves the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts in its discretion, including, without limitation, if sellerMarketingTool believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of sellerMarketingTool and its other customers.
4. No Liability for Services
You understand that sellerMarketingTool connects to the Etsy platform over the global internet network and its operation is dependent on the global internet network. While sellerMarketingTool will make reasonable efforts to ensure performance of its services, slowdown in internet connection or other interferences may cause its operation to fail, resulting in disruption of service (i.e., no items will be renewed).
5. Disclaimer
This site is provided by sellerMarketingTool on an "As Is" basis. SellerMarketingTool makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, or products included on this site.
This site is created and controlled by sellerMarketingTool in Canada. As such, the laws of Canada will govern these disclaimers, terms, and conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to our site and these disclaimers, terms, and conditions at any time.

9. Account Cancellation
- Accounts on the FREE plan are not being charged, but can still ask to be removed from our platform. Use the 'Contact Us' page to send us this request.
- Accounts on a paid membership can cancel the subscription at any time by clicking the 'Cancel Subscription' button on the 'My Account' page.
Once cancelled, your membership will still be in effect until the end of the paid subscription. However, there is no refund for unused subscription period.
